Thank you for your interest in retailing our products. Please be aware, due to abuses by people posing as retailers who were not, we have an initial order minimum of $1,500, minimum order quantities on individual items, and a $1,000 minimum spend every 12 months.

Reseller Application Process
- Use the link below to download the PDF wholesale distributor agreement, print it, complete the last page and sign it. Scan the signed page as a PDF or image file.
- Click the "Register for our Wholesale Program" link below, complete the registration form, use the "Choose File" button to upload your signed distributor agreement page and your government issued sales tax certificate, and click the submit button. If we don't receive the signed page and tax certificate in addition to completing the online form below, it will delay your application. You may email or fax the documents to Fresh And Alive via our contact page if that's more convenient. Our tax authorities require that we have your current and valid resale tax certificate on file each year to establish and maintain a wholesale account.
- If approved, we will send you a copy signed by us for your records. One of our customer service team members will be reviewing your application and will respond within two business days.
Please keep in mind that our customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM eastern US time. You can see our current time under "Office Hours" on the right side of our contact page. If your request is submitted on a holiday, weekend, or after business hours, you will likely not get a response until the next business day.
