Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns

We value your business! If you're not satisfied with a product or service you've received from Fresh and Alive!, contact us within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price. Does not include:

  • products damaged from abuse, neglect, improper use or care, etc.
  • opened or damaged supplements, unless defective.

Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately upon receipt for a replacement. If an appliance or equipment is returned to Fresh And Alive damaged without authorization by us, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping to the manufacturer and repair.

Kitchen Equipment: Used

Kitchen equipment such as juicers, dehydrators, blenders, spiral slicers, water ionizers, etc. that have been used and are returned completely clean (no food remnants or stains, etc.), dry, and undamaged within 60 days of purchase will be refunded minus a 15% refurbishing/restocking fee. If the appliance is found to be damaged other than by the shipper, you will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for shipping the product to the manufacturer to be repaired under warranty.

Kitchen Equipment: Unused

Opened but unused equipment with undamaged packaging will be refunded in full.

Return Process

Since different products ship from different locations, you must contact us before returning an item in order to send it back to the correct address. Returns received by us without prior authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping, if needed, to the correct warehouse. Customer is responsible for the cost of insured return shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fedex, DHL or similar trackable shipping service. (Items returned via USPS Parcel Post and other services without tracking and insurance could result in your loss of the item and no refund.) If you do not get a response to your e-mail or phone call on weekdays within 24 hours, it is safe to assume the contact was not received, and you should contact us again. Our offices are closed on weekends and major holidays.

A refund will be issued via the original payment form when possible upon merchandise receipt and inspection by us.

Warranty Repairs and Parts

If your product fails after 60 days from the purchase date, please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair. If you have any difficulty with the manufacturer, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Here is contact information for some of our manufacturers:

Types of Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card, debit cards, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, etc. since our payment systems and fraund detection cannot process these payments. However, a simple workaround is to use a prepaid credit card that you can buy with cash or check at department stores like Walmart or Target, drug stores like Walgreens or CVS, or use a PayPal prepaid Mastercard widely available at convenience and grocery stores. If you do not want to give us your credit card number, you have three options:

  1. pay with PayPal (we cannot see your credit card or bank account number)
  2. call your credit card company and they can issue a temporary credit card number that will expire after a few hours or days.
  3. use a prepaid credit card that you can buy with cash or check at banks, department stores like Walmart or Target, drug stores like Walgreens or CVS, or use a PayPal prepaid Mastercard widely available at convenience stores and grocery stores.

 

Financing, Monthly Payments, and Late Fees

For financing or monthly payment specials, see specific information on the product page with that offer. Financing is automatically billed, so if your credit card number or contact information changes, please contact us immediately to avoid late fees. Do not e-mail us your credit card information, e-mail is not secure and can be intercepted by third parties. We will attempt to contact you if your payment does not go through. A late fee of $10 per month will be charged on accounts 15 days or more overdue, plus any collection costs.

International Orders/Shipping

Our web site uses address verification by IP address and other methods. All orders placed outside of the US must be placed from and ship to the credit card billing address. Orders placed within the United States shipping to countries outside of the US must be ordered from the credit card billing address, and/or ship to the credit card billing address. Due to the high fraud potential, we do not ship to freight forwarders. These are only guidelines, your order may be denied based on specific fraud detection for your order.

Package recipient is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by customs agencies. We will not accept returns from customers for unexpected customs/import fees. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item shipped, they are collected from the recipient, not the shipper. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. Fresh And Alive is not responsible for customs duties or importation fees incurred by the customer, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package.

International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. Fresh And Alive is not responsible for orders that are held up, damaged by, or refused entrance by customs.

Fresh And Alive is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from them, we can issue you a refund for the order. In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit from them to us, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

To Calculate Exact Shipping Charges

To calculate exact shipping charges for items you wish to order before going through the checkout process, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button on each product's page, then in the shopping cart, click the small "Actual shipping" link at the bottom right of the cart page and various shipping options will be displayed. Click the image to the right to see a full-size diagram of it.

Shipping Time/Shipping Changes

Orders typically ship within 24 hours but can take up to 2 business days. Orders placed by 12:45 pm eastern US time with 2 day or faster shipping will ship the same day. We use an automated third party fulfillment company and therefore cannot change the shipping method or expedite an order after it has been placed. If the order has not shipped and we are able to cancel it you will be refunded in full, otherwise you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping cost.

Weekend Order Shipping

Orders with ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping placed after 12:45 pm on Friday and before 7:30 am Monday Eastern US time (over the weekend) will ship by midnight Tuesday unless shipping carriers are closed for a US holiday, in which case it will ship within two business days once carriers are open. Weekend orders using two-day or overnight shipping will normally ship on Monday, except during holidays.
