A: Your biggest urge to evacuate is first thing in the morning when you get up. Later bowel movements tend to be manageable and less frequent. Eating even a small amount in the morning normally will start peristalsis (digestive motion of the GI tract), which will prompt bowel movements. You can also reduce the portion you're taking, and take Oxy-Clear earlier in the evening as long as your food is mostly digested from dinner, typically two to three hours after eating. Or if your schedule away from toilets is occasional, just don't take Oxy-Clear the night before.
Q: I JUST ATE A REALLY UNHEALTHY MEAL. CAN I TAKE OXY-CLEAR TO FLUSH IT OUT OF ME FASTER?
A; Yes, if you wait at least an hour or so for the food to leave your stomach, you can take Oxy-Clear to help evacuate the food faster. Keep in mind, ideally this should be done in the evening after your last meal, since taking it earlier in the day will also flush out subsequent meals that day, which may leave you hungry in the evening.

A: Typically it takes about six to eight hours before you have your first bowel movement.
Q: CAN I TAKE OXY-CLEAR DURING THE DAY?
A: Oxy-Clear will continue to work for up to about 12 hours, so if you take it during the day it will flush your food out of your digestive tract before it is fully digested, so it should be taken at least six hours before eating or at least three hours after eating, but best to take it before bedtime.
Q: CAN I BECOME DEPENDENT ON OXY-CLEAR?
A: Oxy-Clear is not a stimulant laxative and is not habit forming. It can be taken daily or intermittently for up to three or four weeks, especially when doing a cleanse with proper diet. Keep in mind, your diet affects your stools, so eating a high protein diet is more likely to cause constipation. A: If you have to eliminate before you normally wake up, take one less capsule the next night and reduce as needed until you have loose stools during the day but no interruption of your sleep.
Q: DOES OXY-CLEAR AFFECT YOUR INTESTINAL MICROBIOME? DO I NEED TO TAKE PROBIOTICS WITH IT?
A: There are no known negative effects on gut flora, and in fact most beneficial gut microbes are aerobic (requiring oxygen), and most pathogens are anaerobic (requiring a low oxygen environment), so Oxy-Clear helps support healthy gut bacteria †. So you do not need to take a probiotic with Oxy-Clear, but taking a probiotic regularly is a good idea.
