Can be used as a condiment in food as with other culinary salts, and can be used with Alive Iodine and other minerals to help provide minerals to the body. Always consume lots of water when ingesting salt, at least 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight per day.
To assist with headaches, dehydration, issues related to mineral deficiency, and increased energy, place 1/8 teaspoon of salt on tongue and hold on the roof of the mouth for 30 to 60
seconds, then swallow with 16 or more ounces of water to hydrate the body and provide minerals. Can be used in combination with
Alive Iodine (use as directed) to assist with energy levels and other functions in the body. When doing body work such as massage, esspecially deep tissue massage therapies, Rolfing, Gua Sha, etc. taking the recommended serving with water above and Alive Iodine before starting and then every hour for a few hours can help improve results, lessen soreness/stiffness, and aid detoxification. (Alive Iodine with organic camphor oil can also be massaged into tissue and scars, especially with Gua Sha or massage tools, to help break up muscle stiffness.)
