This is recommended for individuals who desire or need to quickly make a radical improvement in their health and/or who do not have experience with the living foods lifestyle. Initial consults typically last from 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on your situation. Includes:
- One-on-one consultation with Ken Rohla custom tailored to your needs.
- An MP3 audio recording of the consult.
- Specific written instructions.
- Up to 15 minutes of free follow-up by phone or e-mail. after initial consult for any clarifications.

The call is recorded and available as an MP3 audio download afterward. Consult includes:
