These are made of the same material as Excalibur's Paraflexx sheets with a very slightly less fiber in them, so they are slightly less rigid than the Excalibur brand, but they work just as well and last just as long. The difference is almost undetectable and enables us to offer a better price on dehydrator sheets for the same quality. These sheets are needed for making recipes with wet batters, such as with crackers, wraps, fruit leathers, rollups, taffies, and more. Easy to clean and reusable for years. Fits both the Excalibur ED-2500 5-tray and ED-2900 9-tray dehydrators.

Fresh and Alive! Premium Nonstick Sheets are included in our Excalibur Dehydrator sales, whereas most retailers require a seperate purchase.

Formerly called Teflex, these are the Excalibur brand and are slightly more rigid than our other nonstick sheets. We prefer the less rigid sheets, they're easier to work with and less costly.
